Katie Costanzo is President of Customer Experience at CSG, where she oversees product, sales and services for these solutions. Ms. Costanzo joined CSG in February 2024, as SVP of Customer Success, where she quickly built and launched a unified customer success strategy and function that will bring tremendous value to CSG customers. Before CSG, she served as SVP and Head of Managed & Strategic Accounts at Qualtrics (2021-2024). With past leadership roles in customer success at Clarabridge (acquired by Qualtrics), FranConnect and Verint, Ms. Costanzo has over 15 years of industry experience enhancing customer satisfaction, leading high-performing teams and driving business success. She holds a BS in psychology from the University of Lynchburg and currently serves on the advisory board for Customer Experience at the University of Richmond.
